Once you have ordered your product online, we know you will want it in a hurry so we’ve teamed up with Australia Post Express Post Service to offer next business day delivery from despatch date for all Australian capital cities and major metro areas. For those regional, rural and more remote customers we will pull out all stops to get it to you as quickly as possible.  For a full listing of how fast we can get your exciting package to you and information on all the areas not covered by this service , check the AusPost site (all orders originate in Melbourne). All Regular Orders are sent via Australia Post.

HOW TO TRACK THE STATUS OF YOUR ORDER?

Once your product is packed and dispatched (this will happen asap after we receive your order), we will send you an email, with a unique tracking code for you to track how far away your order is from your door. You can copy and paste the code on the Australia Post website.

WHAT IF I'M NOT HOME WHEN THE ORDER ARRIVES?
We want to ensure your parcel will arrive in great condition and securely so if you are not at home when your package arrives, Australia Post will leave a card with a unique barcode which you just need to take to the nominated Australia Post branch and pick it up.
